An intensive, week long workshop with key stakeholders, guaranteed to achieve more than the usual approaches would in a year.
Hard work, but good fun!
Kaizen Event
Suited to challenges that are already well understood or less complicated, this approach achieves a great deal in just 3-days.
A condensed RPIW of sorts, it's powerful but doesn't afford as much protected time as an RPIW.
Workshops
It's not always practical to release numerous colleagues at once.
And some initiatives work best over an extended period of time.
