WHO WE ARE

As a young organisation, we're a small team. And that's the way we want to keep it, because it means we can provide a personal service with consistently high standards - something that can occasionally be compromised by the big city firms.

 

Most of our consultants work on a free-lance basis, but we're also very particular about who we bring on board. All the knowledge and experience in the world doesn't necessarily equate to being an effective facilitator - some of the greatest subject matter experts couldn't hold the attention of a room for eight minutes, let alone eighteen months!

 

And that's what sets our consultants apart. Aside from knowing their stuff, they also have something that distinguishes what we do from the competition:
